I'm Susie. I opened BIBO on Broadway nine years ago after spending over three decades in this industry — long enough to know exactly what separates a treatment that actually works from one that just sounds good on a menu!
I didn't want to build another salon that runs on volume. I wanted a place where the people behind the chair actually know what they're doing, where every service is executed the same careful way every time, and where clients leave with real results, not just a receipt.
